屏山書院は儒教の学校です。建物の前方には 渓谷があり、川の対岸には高くそびえ立つ山々があります。その一方で建物がある後方の地形は緩やかな坂になっています。屏山書院の一番最初 にある講堂内から見え、美しくそびえ立つ山々の風景は、講堂内の屏風ように見えます。 そして山々の神聖な雰囲気を引き込みます。

Byeongsan Seowon is a private school. Towards the front of building, ravine and high mountains are located.  The landscape towards Byeongsan Seowon looks gentle hills. The view of lofty mountains beautifully look like folding screens from inside of auditorium that located in the front part of Byeongsan Seowon. Then, the auditorium draw a sacred presence of the mountains.
